THE LODGES
Welcome to The Lodges at Shannon Oaks Hotel. Situated in the picturesque town of Portumna, Co. Galway, by the shores of Lough Derg, the Lodges are part of the fabulous Shannon Oaks Hotel. Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter, you will have the opportunity to relax in the heart of the woods while staying in a Luxury Lodge as well as enjoying an unrivalled choice of sports and leisure facilities, health and beauty treatments, restaurants, bars, tennis and lots more... The Lodges are the first of their kind and as soon as you arrive you will notice how they blend into the woods and sit in complete harmony with their surroundings, which includes the 1,500 acre Earl of Clanricarde estate.

ACCOMMODATION (5 bedrooms, sleep up to 10 people)
Perhaps more than anything, it's the quality of accommodation, which sets The Lodges apart. Each lodge offers the following facilities: - A beautiful, large open plan living/dining room with natural light, opening onto a private wooden deck outside. - Each lodge comprises 5 bedrooms, (1 double ensuite, 2 twins and 2 doubles ) with two additional beautifully fitted bathrooms. - The open plan, fully fitted kitchen features an oven/hob, microwave, fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. - Washer/dryer, hairdryers, storage room, Satellite T.V., bed linen and towels are also provided. - The rates quoted are for a group of 6 people occupying the lodge. There is an additional charge for more than 6 people staying in the lodge - the extra charge will be advised at the time of sending through the booking enquiry.

Property extras:
** Please note MINIMUM STAY 7 NIGHTS for July and August. ** Electricity for heating, lighting and fuel is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Both are based on individual meter readings. ** Cots & highchairs must be pre-booked & cost €20.00 to be paid on arrival at The Shannon Oaks Hotel Reception. ** Linen & towels are provided in your Lodge however it is always advisable to bring extra towels along for use at the pool etc… ** A security deposit of €100.00 must be given to our local agent on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Costs of repairs to property as a result of damage or negligence will be deducted from the security deposit, with an additional charge where this is insufficient.
