The Villa
A brand new spacious privately owned 3 bedroom detached villa with a private pool (6ft overall depth throughout - child supervision advised) and garden. A haven of relaxation and tranquillity. An attractive stone built villa set in a quite location. The villa is sheltered by mountains at the rear and has valley views to the front. It has marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. Patio doors lead from lounge and dining room to large a large covered terrace where you can dine al fresco and enjoy a cool inshore breeze. The terrace is ideal for enjoying an evening drink while watching the beautiful Turkish sunsets. There is plenty of patio furniture and padded sun loungers. There is also ample space for parking a car and bikes.

The spacious open plan living area is comfortably furnished and has the added benefit of a bed settee, which converts into a double bed. There is an open plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There is a large fridge freezer with icemaker. There is also a water cooler. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double at front of villa with balcony overlooking the pool and valley beyond in Oludeniz. A second double with en-suite, a 'Juliet' balcony with views of the mountains and valley. The third bedroom is a twin with a 'Juliet' balcony and views of the mountains. Bed linen is supplied and changed weekly. Bathrooms - 1 with corner shower, marble basin and wc, en-suite with corner shower, basin and wc, plus a downstairs cloakroom with wc and washbasin.

Location
The villa is ideally situated, located in the Ovacik area of Oludeniz, a very friendly resort. It is just 10 minutes by dolmus (minibus) to the nearest beach at Oludeniz by the World famous Blue Lagoon. The villa is situated in a tranquil location 100yds off the main road and is only a couple of minutes walk from the nearest local shop, taxi rank and restaurant. Oludeniz is considered one of the most beautiful places in Turkey. A small resort village flanked by the Aegean Sea on the one side and the steep sided Babadag Mountain on the other. The topography of the area has made Oludeniz the pargliding capital of Turkey. The Blue Lagoon, now a protected area, has understandably adorned a million picture postcards. There is so much for you to do and see as well as paragliding from the heights of Babadag Mountain, you can go trekking along the Lycian Way, a boat trip to the Butterfly Gorge, visiting some of the sites such as Xanthos, Tlos and Letoon are among the many possibilites. The villages of Hisaronu and Ovacik have combined with a variety of shops street stalls, a post office, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. A small weekly market operates on Mondays. The nearest beaches are at Oludeniz or the pebble and sand beach of Belcekiz. Fethiye is only 15 minutes away and is a lively port and market town. Along the waterfront you can watch the traditional wooden gullets, motor launches and fishing boats. At nearby Calis Beach all manner of water-sports are available. There are daily boat trips out to the 12 islands found within the Gulf of Fethiyes. You can take the ferry to the Greek Island of Rhodes. It takes about 2 hours by ferry and approx 50 mins by fast catamaran. A car is not essential. There are plenty of excursions you can book and all local areas of interest are easily reached from the main road by the cheap and frequent Dolmus (minibus).
