KALKAN is
Four comfortable villas located in a prime position just two minutes walk into Kalkan town centre. They are set in well maintained gardens and are clustered around their own large private pool with surrounding terrace with tables, chairs, sun-beds and parasols. The owners provide a weekly barbecue for guests and are on hand for any assistance that may be required. There is one three bedroom villa and three two bedroom villas all furnished to a good standard and well equipped to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The villas are built in landscaped gardens with views over Kalkan and each has its own private terrace and small garden as well as the main shared terrace and pool. A garden path leads to the front door which opens onto a hallway, to the right is a closet with w.c. and wash-hand basin. To the left is an open plan lounge leading onto the dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a sofa and two arm chairs, coffee table, satellite t.v. and an extra spare bed if required. The kitchen dining area is well equipped with dining table and chairs and the kitchen has cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A door opens onto a small patio area. Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor and a landing area. On the left is a twin bedded bedroom with air-conditioning and views out to Kalkan. There is another double bedded room with air-conditioning and balcony. The third double bedroom is very large and spacious ( with plans for 2006 to put in en-suite facilities ). This bedroom also has air-conditioning and a private balcony. This floor also has the main bathroom with bath/shower, w.c. and vanity unit with wash-hand basin.

Kalkan by day is fun. The town center of Kalkan becomes surprisingly empty during the day as guests set off for daytime activities. Popular activities include beach-going, relaxing at beach clubs or swimming pools, water sports, exploring the ancient lands around Kalkan and boat and gullet trips. Don't forget to stop by Kalkan's Thursday Market to pick up some great bargains. Kalkan by night is exciting. The town center transforms at dusk as it begins to bustle with activity - there is much to do: shopping, dining, cafés, excellent bars, or just going for a stroll along the twisting active streets or by the peaceful harbour.
