The house Koutbane 43rd
Located upon the Atlantic coast, at the Royal Golf d'El Jadida, one of the best courses in Morroco, the villa is a few yards from the beach and can welcome 6 to 8 persons. Within a safely guarded residence, Koutbane 43rd is a two storey vacation villa comprising 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a veranda overlooking the garden. The villa is surrounded by a beautifully flowered garden and has a magnificient overlooking view on the ocean. On the ground floor, the hall leads to a comfortably furnished living room (with satellite TV), 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 shower rooms. On the first floor, you can find a large and spacious suite with two terraces. The house is equipped with electric heating. Household linen are supplied. Kria is a lady in charge of the maintenance and cleaning and she is a good cook as well.

The Royal Golf El Jadida
Located upon the Atlantic coast, this outstanding golf course is said to be one of the nicest Moroccan courses. Many professionals playing on the European Tour use it as a training site during winter period. Designed by Cabell B. Robinson in 1993, Royal El Jadida is 6900 yards from the back tees. The way out is a typical inland course with eucalyptuses and water hazards. The first nine holes require an interesting collection of golf shots and smart play. The way in is more bumpy and leads from the forest to the ocean. The finishing holes, played with a light sea breeze and the Ocean as a partner, will be remembered as the best links ever! The signature hole is the sixteenth, par 3, where players have to stay focused on their tee shots (197 yards) avoiding the distraction of the magnificient sea view. This demanding course displays very fast greens and is known as "Morroco's Augusta". Local caddies are always helpful to maximize the enjoyment of this course at its best.

El Jadida's area
Founded during the sixteenth century by the Portuguese, El Jadida (formerly Mazagan) is nowadays a constantly developing seaside resort. Known as "the Moroccan Deauville", El Jadida benefits from a well-tempered climate : temperatures vary from 18°C to 35°C. It's quite unique in Morroco! The Portuguese cistern and citadel are a recommended visit. Such an architectural heritage displays wonderful and rich local activities such as its market (" the souk") offering lots of different colours, spicy smells and flavours only to be found in Morroco. El Jadida is located at an hour from Casablanca and at a two hours and a half-drive from Marrakech. This area is highly traditional and welcoming... a delightful change of scenery ! This part of the Atlantic coast is also well-known for fishing and seafood. In addition to its Golf course, El Jadida has its own riding school allowing you to ride along the beach. What's more, the residence owns its tennis courts.
