Property location
The villa is just a one-minute walk from the main road where the local bus can be caught to take you 5 mins into the lively resort of Hisaronu with excellent restaurants and bars as well as entertainment ranging from lively discos to traditional Turkish belly dancing. Alternatively take the Dolmus bus onto the quieter more cosmopolitan beach area of Olu Deniz for a more chilled back atmosphere and sunset cocktails 10 mins in the other direction is the bustling market town of Fethiye with its large marina and excellent fish market and restaurants.

About the villa
The villa was only recently built (2005). It is a two bed detached property set in a walled garden on an exclusive private complex with security guard. It features a very well equipped kitchen with items not usually found in such a property, including a washing machine, dishwasher, juicer and coffee maker. There is a good-sized lounge area with two double sofa beds and TV, DVD and CD player. In the dining area is a large table with chairs that comfortably seats 6. Upstairs are two well furnished bedrooms, the master having a balcony and south facing views over the pool. Both rooms have ample wardrobes and drawers for storage. There is a bathroom with shower cubicle, as well as a downstairs toilet. Outside the villa there is a large tiled patio area that overlooks the pool with gardens to all sides of the villa. There is also extensive patio furniture for your exclusive use.

The immediate area
The villa is ideally situated for exploring the local area. Scattered along the surrounding roads are several bars and restaurants serving traditional local food and with good atmosphere. There are a few mini markets also within easy walk of the complex and across the road is a 24-hour petrol station where general provisions can be purchased. There is a Dolmus bus stop outside the complex and a 24-hour taxi rank just along the road to take you further a field. Several places offer car and jeep rental though this is usually not necessary as public transport is cheap and abundant. For the more adventurous, Babadag mountain offers adrenalin junkies the opportunity to paraglide down to the beautiful beach resort of Olu Deniz. There is mountain biking nearby and horse riding in the ghost village of Kayakoy. There are also numerous ancient sites that can be visited by local tours.
