.Luxury 2bedroom apartment on a seafront complex. This apartment has been built and furnished to a very high standard, the owner has spent a lot of time and money ensuring that this apartment is luxurious in every sense. The complex is directly opposite the beach and is very well maintained. This is one of the nicest areas in Alanya.The bus stop is outside the apartment and takes approx 10 mins for yu to be in Alanya town centre. The complex has communal swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. Turkish baths and sauna are available in the basement area of the apartment block. The hotel opposite allows residents from the apartment blockto use their facilities a fee is payable for this and details can be found at the reception area of the hitel. The hotel has tennis courts, swimming pools, and many leaisure facilities, you can purchase an all day fully inclusive pass which allows you to eat, drink and enjoy the many facilities they offer, this pass allows you to be on the complex fromearly morning until very late at night. There are restaurants, bars and entertainment is on every night. The complex also has a private beach with bar which sells food and drink, a shuttle bus servic is provided from the apartments.The beach is approx a 10 min walk. There is a shop 2 mins fro the apartment which sells everyday items, i.e. fresh bread,milk etc. There is also and internet cafe approx 5 mins from the complex. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance of the complex. There are Europeans who are living permanently in Alanya who live in this complex and can be a great source of knowledge for the local area, where to go, what to do, what restaurants are value for money and sell good food etc. The views from the apartment are stunning, you have sea view and mountain views. The apartment overlooks the Mediterranean and the Taurus mountain range. The apartment has 24 hour security guards and there is an tv intercom service for each apartmen. The apartment is suitable for disabled as all the rooms are on one level and there is a lift to all floors. The owner has spent a great deal of time and money in making this apartment as luxurious as possible. The spacious open plan lounge, dining, and fully fitted kitchen are all very well equipped and are the epitome of a luxury apartment. The lounge has a three piece suite in which the sofa converts into a double bed, coffee table, tv, digital satellite box with lamps and matching overhead lighting the soft furnishings are a credit to the owner in making this apartment one of the best that we have seen. The dining area seats six people comfortably around the dining table all crockery,cutlery and glassware is provided for clients. The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped to include the following: hob,oven,dishwasher,microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the pots and pans etc that makes this an ideal self catering holiday apartment. The owner had a breakfast bar built which creates more work surface and extra cupboard space in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and is fully furnished once again this is to a high standard, bedside lamps and overhead lighting, soft furnishings add to the sense of luxury in this bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and is fully furnished with the same attention to detail as the master bedroom. There is a family bathroom with large shower enclosure, vanity sink unit, w.c. a hairdryer is also fitted in this bathroom. The washing machine, iron + ironing board, washing screen + pegs are available in the bathroom. There is a seperate w.c. Chrome fitments are fitted in both family bathroom and w.c. The owner wishes to ensure that her clients are very happy in their holiday home and has strived to make it a beautiful luxury home. Please do not take glassware to the pool or use the towels provided at the beach or pool area these are provided for use in the apartment. Beach towels can be hired from our property manager Serhat please ask about prices for this service. The apartment has large terraces outside the lounge area and the bedrooms. the terraces overlook the mediterranean Sea and also the taurus mountain range, the views are spectacular. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces and outside the apartment. Please respect the owners wishes. Electricity is charged at 20p per unit and is payable locally to our property manager Serhat. Airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of 60 euros each way for up to 3 people and 90 euros for up to 7 people. Car hire can also be arranged at very competetive prices.

The apartment is directly opposite the beach and this can be accessed via the underpass. The complex has a private beach which is located approx 10 min walk from the apartment this has a beach bar which sells food and drink. A shuttle bus service is available from the complex to the beach. There are hotels within walking distance of the apartment which allow non residents the use of there facilities. Prices and details are available from the reception area of the hotels. The club paradiso which is a hotel with a nightclub inside is approx 5 minute walk from the apartment.There is a mini market which sells everyday neccessities and some tourist items is approx 1 min from the complex. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance of the complex. The bus stop is located outside the complex, it costs approx 35p for the bus into Alanya town centre and harbour area.

There is a bedsette in the lounge which converts to a double bed the chairs also convert to 2 single beds but we do not want more than 6 people in the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terraces and balconies but not in the apartment. There is a lift to all floors, tv intercom security system is installed in the apartment. Hairdrier is fitted in bathroom. There is a sauna and turkish bath available for guests in the basement.
