The apartment
As parents to 3 children, one only just walking, we were looking for a more relaxed holiday. A holiday where we were not constantly searching for our youngsters amongst the throng of other holiday makers and making sure that they had not left the grounds of the hotel. Yasmin apartments was one of the nicest complexes we viewed and offers a very secure environment for you and your family. Apartment A2 is a ground floor dwelling with access to the pools off the main balcony. You can enjoy an afternoon snack or drink on the balcony and still be able to keep an eye on the children by the pool. Apartment A2 has two bedrooms and offers all home comforts. In the living area are two bed settees, a colour television and DVD player which will also play music CDs. The living area also benefits from air conditioning. The kitchen contains an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, kettle and toaster and all crockery and cutlery are also supplied. The bathroom contains a WC with bidet facility and a shower cubicle. A fitted boiler provides instant hot water and a supply of towels is available. There is one double bedroom and one twin, the double having it's own balcony. All bedding is supplied. Mosquitoe nets are fitted to all of the windows and patio doors. Off the living room is a large balcony with patio furniture and a built in traditional Turkish barbecue ideal for an alfresco evening meal. Three steps lead down to the poolside area and there are four sun loungers available for your private use. On the other side of the pool is Sal's Bar which is only open to residents and provides drinks and snacks.

The local area
Yasmin apartments are situated a 10 minute walk from the beach front of Altinkum and 15 minutes from the old town of Yenihisar. Altinkum has a bustling nightlife while Yenihisar provides a traditional Turkish market and shops. Altinkum has something to offer everybody from family friendly restaurants and bars to an excellent choice of nightclubs. Altinkum translates as "Golden sands" so you can expect to find some of the best beaches in the area. Numerous pleasure boats set sail on day cruises around the islands and bays situated nearby. Excursions depart daily to historical sites such as Ephesus (45 minutes away) and The Apollo Temple (10 minutes away) is easily reached by using the local bus service. This bus service can also take you to the new waterpark wich is aproximately 20 minutes away.

Getting around.
It is not essential to hire a car as all amenities are very close to hand. One of Altinkums main supermarkets, Gima, is under 5 minutes away from the apartment and smaller shops are situated just across the road. Hire a car if you prefer to make your own way from the airport, alternatively we can arrange a transfer for you by car or minibus for a larger party.

Beautiful Secure gated complex with 24 hour security. Comprising of 35 privately owned apartments A2 is situated on the ground floor at the side of the two pools which is ideal for famlies who need to keep an eye on the youngsters. There is a poolside snack bar which is only open to residents.
