The real joy of Al Khozama Villa is its large private (and heated if required) swimming pool with professionally designed shaded deck and dining/BBQ area. It is enclosed by raised planters with a selection of young coconut palms, banana and sugar cane plants, as well as other exotics. Faces landscaped park area with walks to the rear. Wonderful at night-time relaxing on the cushioned bench seats, and overlooking the lit-up pool with water features. Comes with large teak outdoor dining table and chairs. The pool is professionally cleaned twice weekly and the garden is also maintained.

Arabian Ranches and Nearby
Arabian Ranches is a gated fully-enclosed luxurious residential development strategically located close to the heart of “New Dubai�. It has its own selection of restaurants (includes Thai, Arabic, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, Haagen-Dazs), a large supermarket, bank (Lloyds), travel agent, bookshop, pharmacy etc, all within 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk. For movie buffs, the local supermarket has a very well-stocked selection of the latest movies (rental £1 per night approximately). Very large shopping malls close by, including the recently opened Mall of the Emirates (with its real-snow indoor ski slope, the largest in the world!). The club-house which is open to non-members has a selection of bars and restaurants that welcome children.
