Ground Floor
From the Villa entrance hall an archway leads to fully equipped kitchen able to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fireplace, a further archway accesses the separate dining room with seating for 10. Also on the ground floor there is a separate sitting room themed in an 'Ottoman' style and a toilet/shower room. Flooring to the ground and first floor is of a local marble and all ground floor rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, BBQ and the private pool.

Middle and Top Floors
The first floor includes a master double bedroom with large en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views. The second floor has a large double bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. There are two other single beds, one in the large second floor double and one conversion bed in the 'Ottoman' room. All rooms have air-conditioning and are equipped with stylish handmade local furniture.

At Villa Kadyanda we strive to make your holiday a care-free luxury vacation. All rooms are equipped to the highest standard. The lounge and 'Ottoman' room both have large screen TV/DVD with satellite TV and a PlayStation 2. WATER SPORTS SPECIALIST TUITION - As part of our ongoing efforts to make your holiday a memorable occasion we now offer short courses in kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing instruction and scuba diving. All courses are available locally from 2-5 days, are run by experienced instructors and are offered at very competitive rates. Any of these courses can be paid for with the booking, participants are collected and returned to the Villa at the end of each day. A great idea for the more adventurous, and an excellent way to experience more of the surrounding areas and combine relaxation with adrenalin fuelled activities. Qualifications will be provided on completion of a course and full details will be sent with any booking enquiries.

Villa Kadyanda is situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over the plateau of Uzumlu and the nearby mountains. At 500m above sea level the area is blessed with mountain breezes even in the height of summer. The traditional Ottoman village of Uzumlu is a short walk away and has shops, restaurants, bars, an excellent wine bar and a daily market. The bustling port city of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be accessed by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you hire a car the roads are excellent and the driving is easy. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sheltered lagoon is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. Slightly further away are the ancient ruins and the unspoilt 20km beach of Patara and also Saklikent Gorge famous for white water rafting. The hilltop Roman/Lycian city of Cadianda is 20minutes from the Villa.
