A very warm atmosphere with open-fire place, fire oven, comfortable sitiing area will welcome you in the house. The central oil heating makes it pleasant the whole year. You can enjoy panoramic views from the living room dining area. Additionally there is a gallery upstairs where you have a very cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, of course including dishwasher and washing machine, oven, everything for full cooking is provided.
The private lake
about 300 metres distance you will find our own lake. You have to follow a small footpath (sometimes uneven) and can fish, swim or use our small rowing boat for free any time you want.
