This brand new 3 bed 2 bath villa has luxury interiors to make you feel very comfortable. You can take in the breathtaking views from all 3 of the villa terraces. The villa is set back in a beautiful hillside location where there is peace & tranquility, whilst benefiting from relaxing by the cool turquoise water of the communal pool. Ground floor double bedroom - (self contained) A beautiful modern double en-suite bedroom with it's own front entrance. The room has a freestanding fan to keep you cool during the warm days and nights. Storage consists of a double wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a single sofa bed to comfortably sleep an adult or child. The south facing bedroom also benefits from the breathtaking sea views. 1st floor - (Main entrance) Kitchen The modern kitchen benefits from having all new appliances e.g. - f/freezer,washing machine,dishwasher,microwave,pots, pans & kitchen utensils. Complimentary fresh bottled drinking water will be provided for the duratrion of your stay. Dining area The dining area consists of having a modern dining table & chairs with seating for upto 6 persons. W/c cloak/storage room This room consists of having a toilet & wash basin and has storage for iron, ironing board, mop & bucket & also a vaccum cleaner. 2nd floor - (master double bedroom) This double bedroom has modern interiors & furnishings. There is also a large double drawers and shelf unit for all your storage needs. It also benefits from having a freestanding fan to keep you cool during those warm nights. The bedroom also has large french windows which open out onto a loveley terrace, furnished with sunloungers to relax the day away or just take in the breathtaking sea views. 2nd floor - Shower room with w/c This room is fitted with wall to wall tiling and has a modern bathroom suite, consisting of shower cubicle, toilet & sink. 2nd floor - single bedroom This bedroom also benefits from having a modern interior and furnishings. It also has a freestanding fan to keep you cool during the warm nights. It's storage consists of having a wardrobe & drawers. This bedroom also opens up onto a small terrace with loveley garden views. 3rd floor - Lounge area & roof terrace The lounge area is very comfortable with it's modern interior & luxury furnishings. It also benefits from Air conditioning to keep you loveley & cool during those warm nights. The lounge also includes a '28' ctv, satellite & dvd player with a choice of films to view. The lounge opens up onto the large rooftop terrace which is furnished with sunloungers, table & chairs and of course it's unbelievable views of the aegean sea. All floors are fitted with British standard smoke alarms.

Kusadasi - Jewel of the Aegean
Kusadasi is a loveley resort with a cosmopolitan flavour & it's old town charm. It's beautiful harbour attracts some of the world's largest & most luxurious cruise ships. You can sit in one of the many restaurants or cafe bars along the harbour front, whether it be relaxing during the day sipping a capaccino, or dining in the evening whilst watching the beautiful sunset over the aegean. Walk a mere 5 minutes from the harbour to the centre of town & you will find many restaurants & bars to suit everyones taste. Some of the restaurants even provide a courtesy pick up & drop off service from the villa. "Now where can you find that kind of service back home?" Kusadasi has something for all the family. For the adults why not visit the ancient ruins of Ephesus, & Visit the home of the Virgin Mary & see where she spent her remaining years. Or why not visit the warm springs of Pumukkale where you can relax amidst the beautiful scenery. For the children why not visit one of the two world class water parks (Aqua Fantazy/Adaland) which is just a 15-20 drive away from the villa. Or why not try the National park where you can pony trek or enjoy the beautiful beach. For all the family why not spend the day relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches around Kusadasi. Or even one day why not catch the early morning Ferry to the greek Island of Samos. Here you can relax the day away on a beautiful beach or have a nice cool drink or even a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants or cafe bars along the harbour front. Market day - (Wed only) Everyone when visiting Turkey must visit the weekly markets, where you can buy all your designers brands for a fraction of the cost you would pay back home.

Villa location
The villa is located on a peacefull hillside in the area of Yavansu, which is directly opposite Elevens beach club & only minutes away from Long beach & Ladies beach. Just a 5 minute stroll down the hill and you will find local amenities such as shops, restaurants, Doctors & pharmacy. Jump on one of the local Dolmus (bus) on the main road just at the bottom of the hill, & a 5 minute journey will take you into the heart of Kusadasi, with it's many shops, restaurants & cafe bars. With the villa located on a hillside it is inevitable that there is a slightly steep hill to walk up, so for this reason it may not be suitable for Elderly people or poeple with walkng difficulties. If you wish to get about by car, then car hire is available by Internet booking or by shopping around locally from as little as £18 a day.
