It is a four hundred fifty square metres (450sq.m) villa subdivided into three floors situated in a pleasant scenery, fullyimmersed in the greeness of a big wood-garden (5000 sq.m) which consists of holm-oaks, pines, oaks and elms.The house, providing accommodation for 8 people, has a big entrancewhich gives onto the wood garden. On the first floor there is a big living room with a solarium terrace provided with comfortable sofasand armchairs, TV with video recorder and a stereo CD system. Thanks to an outside barbecue, guests have also the possibility of to have meals in the garden, which therefore offers to the guests a holiday full of relax. The house is situated in a private street, with private parking. Close to the villa you can find all the indispensable trades, like a well-stocked small supermarket, a butcher's shop with high quality meatand a bus stop which can take the guests to the Lucca's old city center. On the principal road, about three miles away, there is one of the best Lucca's restaurants, with excellent cooking, a stock of vintage wines and a very well-stoked wine shop. These things allow to the guests to have all the indispensable comforts, even though they are in the full country.
