Lovely 3 bedroom detached villa on a complex 10 minutes from Alanya town centre. The villa has communal swimming pool which is shared with 3 other villas. The open plan lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen are spacious with marble floors and granite worktops. The lounge has tv, dvd, digital satellite box and cd player.The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine,oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. All tableware,crockery and glassware are provided. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with seating for 6 people.An open fire is situated in the lounge very cosy in the cooler winter months. A`large terrace with barbecue is situated outside the lounge area . Ideal for relaxing on those long summer evenings. The spacious bedrooms are very well furnished with master bedroom en-auite with jacuzzi bath, this bedroom has king size bed and is well furnished. One of the twin bedrooms is located on the ground floor. A bathroom with shower enclosure, vanity sink unit and w.c. is also on the ground floor . The 2nd twin bedroom is located on the second floor there is further bathroom with shower enclosure, vanity sink unit and w.c. for this bedroom on the 2nd floor. The villa has marble floors throughout. There are large terraces adjoining the bedrooms. Mountain views can be seen from the balconies. The furnishings, soft furnishings and fitments are all to a very high standard. All linen and towels are provided, please do not use these towels at the pool area or beach. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted on the terraces and outside areas. Please respect the owners wishes as this is also their holiday home. Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance as we will not be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps whilst you are renting our property.

Local area
The beach is approx 5-10 minute walk from the complex.There are restaurants, bars and nightclub within walking distance of the complex. Local minimarkets and fresh vegetables and fruit shop is a approx 5 min walk fron the villa. An internet cafe is also located in the area. many of the hotels in the vicinity of the complex offer non residents access to their facilities. You can purchase and all day fully inclusive pass which entitels you to eat and drink from early morning unitl late at night, you may also enjoy any entertainment the hotel has organised for its residents. you can use all the leisure facilities swimming, tennis, gymnasium etc.with this pass also. Details of these services can be obtained from the reception area at participating hotels. There are local shops selling clothing, tourist items etc within 10 minute walk from the complex.

In and around Alanya
Alanya is a very popular tourist resort with people of all nationalities visitng the area. There are many historical/cultural sites to visit in Alanya. the castle is well worth a visit it has stood for over 2000 years and is an excellent spot for taking holiday pictures and video footage as you can have a panoramic view from the castle area. The harbour is a very nice place to dine as there are many restaurants and bars here. You can book boat trips, go sailing or fishing take a walk along the boardwalk.Shopping is plentiful in Alanya, leatherwear, jewellery, clothing, carpets, original turkish delight and spices can be found in any of the shops or bazzars. There are plenty of bargains. Remember to haggle as it is customary to do this and can be quite good fun.
