In total, this villa can sleep 14. Ideal for a large group.The villa and guest house are not rented to separate parties, so you have the place to yourself. If only the villa is rented, the guest house is locked. Similarly, if only the guest house is rented, the villa is locked.

This villa is located 13 km by highway to the Rome ring-road, off the beaten track to the North of the city , in an area rich in Etruscan, Roman and Renaissance finds, palaces and villas. Nearby are two lakes, two golf clubs, and characteristic medieval villages.The villa is close to two different Metro lines, which is handy for sight-seeing trips into Rome City centre and the Vatican City. One Metro line is15minutes from the villa, and the train journey to St Peter Square takes 25 minutes. The other Metro line is 20 minutes away, and the train journey to Piazza Del Popolo takes 15 minutes. Shops, bar and restaurants are 5 minutes drive far. Car is essential.
