There is a large dining table and chairs for 8 people on this terrace. A cloakroom is located by the main door the entrance level. BASEMENT FLOOR Pool level is where you will spend most your time whilst on holiday in this villa. 1 en-suite twin bedroom, spacious lounge with an open plan kitchen convenience. There is also a utility room. BEDROOMS Total 5 bedrooms on 3 floors FIRST FLOOR : Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed, bed side tables, a wardrobe, Air-Con unit and a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has sea view. Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with a sea view balcony, wardrobe, bed side tables and Air- Con unit. Bedroom 3: Another twin bedroom with, wardrobe, bed side tables and an Air-Con unit TOP FLOOR: A double bedroom, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower, one Air-Con unit, a large terrace with sea view ideal for private sunbathing. POOL LEVEL FLOOR: A twin en-suite bedroom on this level by the swimming pool. This bedroom comes with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and an Air-Con unit. Bathroom offers a shower cabin. KITCHEN Main Kitchen: An open plan Kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, an oven-cooker, toaster, kettle and other basic and necessary kitchen equipment. Pool level kitchen: Another kitchen by the pool provides a cooker and a fridge-freezer. WATER There is always hot water in the villa with the solar system on the roof and an electric boiler as a back up. BATHROOMS and TOILETS Total 5 bathrooms and a separate toilet room is located on the ground floor of the villa, 3 of the bathrooms are en-suite. One shared bathroom with shower on the pool level and another one on first floor with a bath tub. ELECTRIC 220v Electric plugs in the villa. Please note that you will need adaptors for your hair dryer, shavers and other electrical appliances with UK plugs. SWIMMING POOL 3,5m X 5,5m X 1,60m main pool located in the front of the villa. There is a large area for sunbathing and 6 sun loungers with cushions provided at this level. Also one large dining table, 10 chairs and a Built-in BBQ provided for eating out. You will have all bed linen (Second set will be supplied for the second week) and towels provided before you enter the villa (No beach towels). There will be iron and and ironing board, Satellite Television, DVD, music centre with CD player and a radio available in the lounge. No hair dryer available. We can provide cots for babies to place anywhere in the villa. ENTERTAINMENT Sun loungers, an umbrella and a large table and 10 chairs will provide comfortable accommodation by pool area. TRANSPORTATION Local Minibuses will frequently stop by the villa(100 meters)to take you to Ladies Beach(800 meters), town centre(2 miles), supermarkets(1/2 mile) or beaches. Minibus fares are as little as 40p per person. AIR - CONDITION Split system Air-Conditioning installed in this villa with Heat Pump option. Fantastic for hot summer nights and also warm for winter time. Also fans will be available on request. BBQ Villa Lapis has a built in BBQ for eating out in hot summer nights. This is located by the pool and near the pool side kitchen.

Location
Villa Lapis is a lovely semi-detached holiday property with private pool. Situated in the most sought after resort of Ladies Beach villa offers fantastic entertainment facilities within just 10 minutes walking distance. Other popular beach in the area is called Green Beach which is approx. 5 minutes away. Long Beach, National Park Beaches are within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 modern Water Parks in Kusadasi. Aqua Fantasy and Adaland Aqua Park are fantastic water parks where you can spent a full day with your family. Regular Local Minibuses will take you anywhere within 10-15 minutes. There are many pubs, restaurants and a superb sandy beach within 800 meters. Villa located on the hills of Ladies Beach resort and offers fantastic views from first floor and top floor terraces.

Kusadasi
Kusadasi - On the west coast of Turkey, on the Aegean Sea approximately 100 miles to the north of Bodrum and 50 to the south of Izmir airport. Kusadasi is backed by low hills and out to sea is the Greek island of Samos. Kusadasi - A cosmopolitan town with a charming harbour is one of top resorts in Turkey. Daytime activities tend to centre on four nearby beaches: The man-made town beach has been recently refurbished, Ladies Beach, Kustur Beach and Long Beach. Kusadasi offers and ideal venue for seeing historical sites, lying on a beach and enjoying bars restaurants or nightclubs. Kusadasi is good for water sports including waterskiing and windsurfing. There are a broad range of facilities just behind the seafront with supermarkets, banks and leather shops. There are a number of interesting sites within easy reach of Kusadasi including Ephesus, which is a half an hour's drive. There is a daily ferry service to the Greek Island of Samos can be reached by the daily ferry service. Transfer time from Bodrum airport to Kusadasi is approximately 2 hours.

NB: Air conditioning is supplied. for clients comfort. There is a compulsory charge of £30 per week for this. This is added to the bill at the time of booking. Excessive use over and above this will be charged for from the damage deposit.
