There is a bus-stop not far from the house. In the winter you can ski here (30 km pistes) and cross-country skiing (110 km) in the small ski-area "Region Chiemgau" (700-1200m). You will be able to dispose of the facilities of the guesthouse next door, "Gasthof Schmelz": an indoor swimming-pool (9x4x1,30m), bubble baths, sauna, fitness-room, billiard and children's games (free). Let yourself be carried away by this multi-faceted Bavarian region!
