Villa 'La Madrugada' is a spacious villa with 2 separate holiday apartments. This one, on the first floor, is situated in the green area Elviria, which is 10km east from Marbella-Centre. The third apartment is that of the Dutch owners (on the photo completely right, the holiday apartments are both on the left side). The villa is located 800m from a shopping centre and 1000m from the beautiful beach of Elviria with several lovely restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sand beaches of the Costa del Sol! There are many sport possibilities such as golf and tennis, sailing, horse riding and hikes. Within 30min. drive are another 15 beautiful golf courses. The distance to the airport of Malaga adds to 35km, so that when you arrive you can start enjoying your holiday quicker. The luxury apartments are fully furnished and have all the necessities, with marble floors and each with its own private terrace on the south. It is great to hang out around the ecological pool (without chlorine), where you can use the reclining chairs at no cost. For the car there is a closed off parking area. You stay in an apartment, but with the entourage of a villa!
