LOCATION Villa SESA is a traditional Turkish Holiday Home located in a lovely residential complex with a large communal swimming pool. The complex is in an ideal spot just 20 minutes walking distance from famous Ladies beach and about 1.5 miles to town centre. Green Beach is another option which will take 5 minutes on a minibus. The villa has been re-decorated this year. Wood decking is now covering the whole garden to make the garden all one level and a wooden pergola will provide that much needed shade on the front patio. There now is plenty of space for sun bathing, and for children to play safely. The complex has facilities including a small supermarket and a pool bar. Long Beach and Dolphin Beach are just a 10 minutes minibus ride, where there are sandy beaches, cafes, restaurants and a medium size Water Park. Modern supermarkets Migros and Tansas are just 1/2 a mile away for your convenience. Hotel ONURA and Hotel Grand OZCELIK offer their facilities to the tourist from outside their Hotels for a small entrance fee of as little as £2 per person you can use their swimming pools, saunas, beach facilities, water sport facilities, bar and restaurants. There is a Beach/Restaurant called "Eleven's Beach Club" which is approx a mile away. This place offers swimming and sunbathing facilities by day and at night the beach bar becomes a lovely Restaurant. This is a perfect villa for you if you are a large party and especially coming with young children. Ground Floor Open plan kitchen and lounge on this level. Sliding patio doors opens n to a large terrace with new wooden decking on the veranda,provides fantastic space where you will spend most your time when you are home. There will also be a large pergola to hide from the sun in the hot summer months. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the veranda. Bedrooms Villa SESA will sleep up to 8 people. Two double bedrooms and the third bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds on first floor. There is a shared bathroom with shower also available on this level. Another small, single bedroom situated on the top floor. A convertible settee will also sleep one person. The top terrace offers a great private area for sunbathing. Two sun loungers are placed here with an umbrella and a small coffee table There are independent Air-Conditioning unit in every room (Split system). All units are remote controlled. Air-conditioning will be metered separately. An open plan modern kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, an oven-cooker, extractor fan, toaster, kettle and other basic and necessary kitchen equipment. Dining area will seat 8 people. There is also another garden table and chairs on the patio for eating and sitting outside. Guests will be using the large swimming pool in the Complex. There is also a children's pool here and a pool bar. The swimming pool normally opens in early May. There are 2 bathrooms in this villa (one in ground floor and one on first floor). Both ground floor and first floor bathrooms offer toilet and shower cubicles There will be satellite television and DVD player in the lounge, also a portable/permanent stereo and CD player will be available 220 V Electric plugs in the villa. Please note that you will need adaptors for your hair dryer, shavers and other electrical appliances with UK plugs. There is an electric boiler to provide the hot water required. The complex has pressured water system supplied to the villas. Tap water should not be used to drink. Drinking water is sold in the market and pretty cheap. There is no built -in BBQ in the Villa but you will be provided with a mobile BBQ You will have all bed linen (Second set will be supplied for the second week) and towels provided before you enter the villa (No beach towels). There will be iron and and ironing board, a small Television with a satellite receiver in the lounge, also a DVD player, music centre with CD player and a radio available. (No hair dryer) Local Minibuses will stop by the complex to take you to town centre, supermarkets or beaches. Minibus fares are as little as 25p per person. Also taxis available 24 hours.

Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos-the principals of ancient times, and ideal for sightseers. Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season. The city is bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year. The Kusadasi Setur Marina is one of the largest and best equipped marinas in Turkey with the capacity of 629 yachts both a float and on shore, visited between 2500-3000 boats each year. Apart from the great historical beauties around Kusadasi, the city is also preserves excellent examples of Ottoman and Turkish mosques, located in the centrum. "The Fortress Mosque", built by the vizier Okuz Mehmet Pasa in the 17th century, is the most impresive and monumental mosque in Kusadasi. The main part of mosque is square-planned and covered by a large leaden dome- with the supports of 12 arches. Inner parts of the dome are ornamented by geometrical designs and plant motives. The entrance door is decorated with mother of pearl. Between the 16 stained-glass windows, are the oil paintings decorated with Ion styled columns. "The Hanim Mosque" was constructed in1658 in the name of Haji Hatice Hatun, but was destroyed in 1922. The mosque was rebuilt by the inhabitants of Kusadasi between the years of 1951-57. The foundation walls of the minaret belong to the original construction. The simply decorated mosque is surrounded by a leaden dome.
