Two Bedroom Duplex In Alanya Sleeping Up To Six People
THE APARTMENT Our two bedroom luxury duplex is a new development in Oba, situated 2 Km from the city of Alanya along the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. The development is in a small gated complex with only twelve apartments taking advantage of the communal pool. The apartment is on the third and fourth floors, benefiting from two south facing balconies with sea views. Entering the apartment from the communal hall, either via the stairs or lift, you walk into the open plan lounge / dining room and American style kitchen. This is fully furnished to a high standard with all the luxuries you would expect at home. These include a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and utensils. The lounge / dining room has sofa, sofa bed dining table TV etc.. This modern furniture is complemented by the marble flooring, lavish curtains and of course air-conditioning. Leading from the lounge you have the lower balcony and stairs to the first floor. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom is home to a double bed and wardrobes offering plenty of hanging space. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and wardrobes. Both rooms have air-conditioning and lead out to the upper balcony over looking the pool. Finally the bathroom is fitted with more storage and a large shower cubicle

The Location
With the beach at your doorstep, plenty of shops and restaurants down the road you'll probably feel no need to venture outside of Oba. However for a five minute bus ride costing 1 Turkish Lira (approx 40 pence) departing every five to ten minutes, the journey is well worth while. Alanya is host to numerous attractions to entertain you and your family both day and night. Whether you want to relax on one of the numerous beaches or take on an excursion, Alanya has it all. Excursions such as lazy day boat cruises, trips to Roman ruins, or night cruises are all available from the harbour. A variety of water sports are available on the beaches, or why not take a trip to the water park. The imposing medieval castle situated on top of the headland is a must see, however it is best to leave early avoiding the high afternoon temperatures. For an unforgettable experience why not try a Turkish bath and when suitably relaxed visit the numerous shops or barter at one of the local markets for those designer bargains! For those of you interested in golf, Belek is a 45 minute drive to the West of Alanya and offers some of the best courses in Turkey. We will be happy to provide details of car rentals. With a drive to the mountains you will enjoy breath taking scenery, a picnic by the river, or even river rafting. The night life in Alanya caters for both young and old. For some of the best restaurants and bars a trip to the harbour is a must, specialising in traditional Turkish cuisine and fresh fish. Here the nightclubs continue until the early hours of the morning. For a quieter more relaxed evening Oba offers a good selection of restaurants.
