Two bedroom apartment with pool
Near to the famous Temple of Apollo this 3rd floor 2-bed apartment (with lift and pool) is about a 5-minute drive to the fabulous Altinkum main beach and with all its bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is a 5-minute walk to Didim and the famous Saturday Market where you can buy fruit and vegetables and anything else that takes your fancy. The apartment is about 90m2 (970sqft) with air-conditioning in the lounge/diner and in the main bedroom. There is a lift and also quite a large pool. The apartment has two balconies, one from the lounge/diner, which gets sun all day and this one has balcony furniture and there is also one off the kitchen for drying washing etc. The apartment features a separate kitchen (which is unusual in a lot of properties here) and is fully equipped with: - An oven (with extractor), - Fridge, - Washing machine, - Toaster & Kettle, - Cutlery and plates for up to six people. - Ample cupboard space and an iron and ironing board. The lounge/diner has a very comfortable convertible sofa bed and one arm chair (which is also a small sofa bed if needed). There is a TV with satellite (500 channels plus radio) and a DVD player to play movies and CDs. There is also an area set aside with a table and chairs for meals if it is too cold to sit on the balcony (they are not used that often). There are two bedrooms; the main bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together for the more amorous of you) air conditioning, wardrobe, drawers and an ensuite bathroom, with shower, w.c. and hand basin. The second bedroom has again two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and a ceiling fan. Although the apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is a lift and all surfaces are flat so there is no problem with wheelchair access. Included in the prices are all bed linen and towels and a weekly clean.
