The property is located on a newly built complex with many on site facilities. The beach and harbour are approx 15 minute walk from the complex. The duplex apartment overlooks the tennis and basketball courts. There are restaurants, bars and nightclubs within walking distance of the duplex. The complex has outdoor swimming pool with large terraced area sunloungers, umbrellas are provided around the pool area. A games room with snooker tables and table tennis, a fitness suite, turkish bath and sauna are located in the tower block basement area. There is a shop on site. A restaurant and bar with roof terrace is located near the swimming pool. The complex is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and there are mountain views from many of the areas in the complex. The complex has its own private beach and a bar serving drinks and snacks, a free shuttle bus service runs from the complex to the beach. Stunning luxury 3 bedroom duplex on Utopia complex. The apartment has large open plan lounge and dining area with seperate kitchen. The lounge has a beautiful leather suite, tv, satellite digital box and coffee table. A fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel fitments is located next to the lounge. The kitchen has the following hob, oven, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster,cooking utensils, pots & pans etc. All glassware,crockery and cutlery are supplied. The master bedroom has double bed and ensuite facilities which include a jacuzzi bath, seperate shower enclosure, vanity sink unit and w.c. Bedroom 2 and 3 have twin single beds. A further two bathrooms with shower enclosures, vanity sink units and w.c. are adjacent to the bedrooms.There is also a seperate w.c. All linen amnd towels are provided, please do not use these towels at the pool area or beach. The apartment has marble floors throughout and is fully airconditioned.The soft furnishings and fitments add to the luxuriousness of this apartment. This is a non smoking apartment, (Smoking is permitted on the terraces or outside areas). Please respect the owners wishes as this is also their home. Electricity is charged seperately at a cost of 20p (30 euro cents) per unit, this must be paid on last day of vacation to our property manager Serhat. The owner has spent a lot of time and money to ensure that this duplex is of a very high standard. We are certain that if you choose this apartment for your vacation you will not be disappointed.

In and around Alanya
The apartment is approx 10 min walk from the golden beaches of Alanya. The habour area is approx 15 min walk from the complex, this is a very popular spot for tourists with many fine restaurants, bars and nighclubs in this vicinity. You can relax and watch the world go by or take a walk along the boardwalk and see all the boats etc offering trips to the waterfalls and caves in and around Alanya. The castle in Alanya has stood for more than 2000 years, this is a perfect spot for video footage or holiday snaps as you can get a panoramic view of Alanya from here. The Red tower is also worth visiting, a new restaurant with its own brewery inside has recently opened and is a wonderful place to dine in the evening above the beautiful Meditteranean and see everything that is going on from this great vantage point. There are many historical/cultural sites to visit in and around Alanya. The Aspendos ampitheatre is approx 30 minute drive, classical concerts, ballet and operas can all be viewed here.
