Intro

Built in 2005 Hergul 20 enjoys a convenient location close to the centre of Altinkum with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and nightlife within easy walking distance. Conveniently situated within 100 yards from one of the three fantastic sandy beaches Altinkum has to offer. Water sports are avaiulable on all beaches.

Top Floor
The top floor features a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, cooker with grill and fridge freezer. A wide range of high quality kitchen equipment is provided for those who enjoy dining or entertaining at home. The spacious open-plan living/dining room is fitted through-out with stylish oak furniture and black leather and features surround sound DVD, television with cable and seperate CD stereo system. The lounge/dining area leads onto the main balcony offering both sea and pool views. The spacious balcony features table and seating for 6 people with Barbeque, ideal for relaxing in the evening. There is also a cloakroom with WC and basin on this floor.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins. All bedrooms are again fitted through-out with solid oak furniture and are fully air conditioned for the perfect nights sleep. The main bedroom features en-suite shower room and the 2nd double bedroom features a balcony. The luxurious main bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath is also fitted with a washing machine. There is plenty of storage on the ground floor with 3 out of the 4 bedrooms having large wardrobes and all rooms have chest of drawers. Additional space is also available if required within the storage beds. For those of you with a small family there is a 3 wheeler pushchair provided and travel cot. Bedding and towels are provided including bedding for the cot. We do however ask that you provide your own beach towels.
