A brand new apartment set on a hillside with magnificent views over Marmaris bay and just 5 minutes from the sea, beaches and resort centre Easy access to main resort by bus (dolmus) just outside complex The apartment has a large garden and patio area, set in it's own garden with views of the bays. You can spend time relaxing on the patio or by the shared pool by day and chilling in the evening, with a glass of your favourite drink. The apartment is surrounded by local shops where you can obtain food and drink There is a local weekly market nearby where you can buy fresh locally produced food and haggle for all your holiday gifts. Facilities The apartment has everything you need for a holiday home, you will feel relaxed the moment you enter. It is air-conditioned throughout and all furniture and facilities are new. The patio and garden area allow you to spend time relaxing in the sun. For the children there is a large on-site pool. The large double bedroom has a double bed with ample cupboard, wadrobe and storage space. The bedroom has it's own private balcony, with patio furniture where you can enjoy breakfast with views of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe and cupboard space. Additional storage and shoe space is provided in the hallway. The second bedroom has a small private balcony overlooking the patio and garden. What makes this different: Marmaris is a modern holiday centre that has everything. It can be as relaxing or hectic as you want it to be. This apartment will allow you to be close enough to everything, but ensure you can relax and sleep without any worries. There is 24 hour security and the location of this apartment make it an excellent choice. We fell in love with Marmaris and if you go once, I will guarantee you will want to return again and again.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. general : The apartment has 1 bathroom for your party's use including a shower. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool but th eunits can also be used as heaters in the winter entertainment : The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. eating & living : There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
