About the Villa
This a newly built villa with uninterrupted views of the bay of Kalkan. There a 2 double bedrooms with en-suite facilities plus 2 sofa beds in the living area with a downstairs toilet and washbasin facility. Ech bedroom has its own balcony and there is a rooftop terrace on the third floor ideal for sunbathing, and a room for storage of suitcases etc. There are six poolside loungers and a dining table to seat six people. The office of the agent for the villa is just a 10 minute walk away where he will be available most times to assis in any way he can. Transfers from the airport can be arranged on request directly to the villa where our agent will greet you and make sure you are settled and happy. We came to Kalkan for the first time in September of 2005 for a holiday with friends and fell in love with the natural beauty of the place and the friendly local people who are very welcoming and very helpful. Within six weeks of returning from our holiday we were back in Kalkan to buy our own little bit of paradise
