This wonderful walking country also offers cruises and fishing on a network of fine rivers and canals once worked by barges, as well as superb golf (Mount Juliet 7 miles) and riding. Dublin is 1½ hours by car or train, Rosslare ferryport is 58 miles, Waterford Airport 25 miles.
