It is located on the Northern slope of the hills above Lucca, in a very quiet area, the "Colline Lucchesi" on of the most privileged area around Lucca. Access to the house is easy to find and smooth to drive, it does have private parking inside the property.The surrounding private area is of some 10.000 m² with olive and fruit trees. Lucca is only 10 min drive from the house, Pisa and its leaning tower about 40 min drive, Florence about 60 min drive.

About seaside and Puccini
The beautiful beaches one can reach from Lucca in less than 30 minutes are an attraction not just in summer; in autumn, winter and early spring they also invite for relaxing walks where you can breathe pure health and build on your own personal wellness programme. In July/August the Puccini Festivals take place in Torre di Lago on the Massaciuccoli lake some 20 kilometres West of Lucca. It was here where Puccini has lived in his villa which is now his mausoleum.
