Luxury 3 Bedroom apartment in a select complex 10 kms from Alanya centre. The block of apatments is set in the side of a mountain with stunning views from the balconies. The complex is at the Alaydin Village just outside the town of Konakli. There are a range of shops within a 10 minute walk which include hairdressers, chemist, internet cafe and food shop. Konakli town centre which has many shops, bazzars, restaurants and bars is a 40 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. The local bus service is a 10 min walk from the apartment this will take you to Konakli town or Alanya, the trip to Alanya is approx 10 min ride and costs about 70p. There is a private beach restaurant selling drinks and food. also provides sun beds and parasols., this is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance as we will not be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps whilst you are renting our property.

The apartment specification
This luxury apartment is in a small block with its own private entrance and compriises of spacious lounge with dining area which will seat 6 people comfortably. The lounge has three piece suite, tv, and dvd. The dining area has table nad chairs. The fully fitted has has the following: hob, oven, microwave and fridge. All kitchen utensils and cooking utensils are supplied. This is a very well equipped apartment ideal for a luxury self catering holiday. A large fridge/freezer is located in the hallway. The apartment has three large bedrooms, the master bedroom has double bed and full ensuite facilities which include jacuzzi bath, shower, vanity sink unit and w.c. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin single beds. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. A second bathroom has shower, vanity sink unit and w.c. A washing machine is also fitted in this bathroom. Patio doors lead to a very spacious balcony with extensive views of the sea and mountains. All linen and towels will be supplied. Please do not use these towels at the pool area or beach. A cleaning service is supplied after 7 days occupancy this will comprises of change of linen and towels, bathrooms cleaned and kitchen tidied. If you require a maid service more often this can blie arranged at a cost to yourself. The apartment is fully airconditioned. ELECTRICITY IS CHARGED SEPERATELY AT A COST OF 20P (30 EURO CENTS PER UNIT) THIS MUST BE PAID ON LAST DAY OF VACATION TO OUR PROPERTY MANAGER. Airport transfers and or car/minibus hire can be arranged at very competetive rates please enquire about this service at time of booking. Our property manager speaks fluent English and will be able to answer any questions you may have about the property or the local area and services. Should you choose this apartment for your vacation we are sure you will not be disappointed with the quality of this apartment. The apartment is on a newly built complex, a large communal swimming pool is due to open in spring 2006. The block is built inot the side of a mountain and the apartment. We do not advise that this apartment be booked to families with young children as the balconies could be hazardous to them. A service road leads directly to the apartment which enables car access only a fewsteps have to be negotiated to reach the entrance to the apartment, the apartment is on the 4th floor. Please note this is a non smoking apartment (smoking is permitted on the terraces and outside areas). Please respect the owners wishes as this is also their home.

In and around Konakli and Alanya
Konakli is a small village located 10kms from Alanya town centre. There are many shops and bazzars located in the centre of town, you can find many bargains in clothing, jewellery, carpets, spices, teas and original Turkish Delight. There are restaurants and bars in the centre of town this is approx 40 min walk from the complex or a 5 minute bus drive. A bus service is available on the main road to take you to Alanya town, the buses run frequently and will cost approx 70p, it is a 10 min bus ride. Alanya has many historical/cultural sites to visit information on these can be obtained at the tourist info office. The castle in Alanya has stood for more than 2000 years and is well worth a visit, you can get a panoramic view of Alanya from this spot, ideal for holiday photos or video footage. Many sporting tournaments are held throughout the year in Alanya, details can be found on Alanya Tourist info site. Shops, restaurants and bars are plentiful in Alanya. Many bargains can be found. There are many nightclubs in Alanya if you would like to dance the night away or socialise with other tourists. Water activities can be found in th marina and harbour areas of Alanya, fishing, sailing, boat trips etc. Paragliding and jet skis can be found in the beach area. Alanya has miles of golden beaches and beautiful clear blue sea. Whatever type of holiday you may envisage we are sure we can accomodate you.

A cleaner is provided after 7 days occupancy. She will change linen and towels, clean bathrooms and tidy kitchen. If you reuire her services more frequently this can be arranged at a cost to yourself.
