This holiday-house is situated at the heart of the Bohemian Paradise, in a hamlet close tot he city of Turnov. Set a 100 kms north-east of Prague, this region owes its name to Prague artists coming to the countryside in the beginning of the 20th century. It's a region of medium-height mountains, bordered by the Mounts of Luzice and the Mounts of the Giants. Garnets and semi-precious stones, rural architecture «log houses», numerous castles and fortresses (Hruba Skala, Waldstein, Trosky, Kost) and«rock cities» make up a particularly interesting region to visit. There are many outdoor activities: paint your holidays green in this surprisingly varied region: forests and rivers, sandy and limy plateaus (former seabeds), former vulcanic peaks, vast ponds and lakes, the "rock cities" of Hruba Skala and Prachov, natural reservates (Mount of Giants), safari park (Dvur Kralove).
