our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa over looking a peach orchard is fitted down stair with air cons 4 piece suit dinning table and chairs coffee table satellite TV ,DVD, film lib re and games , the kitchen has a stove dish washer large fridge freezer microwave all utensils and cutlery the stove is duel fueled there is a iron and ironing board there is a washing machine in the first floor bathroom .the villa has a large shared pool and sports court and play ground there are 91 villas on our site our house has some of the best views from our site

there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms there is fans in all rooms 3 of the bedrooms have a balcony there is a table and chairs on 1 balcony there is a bathroom on each floor 1 with bath and shower and 1 with shower bed lining and towels are provided on the pergola there is a barbecue and sink and table and chairs there are 2 sun loungers in the shed on side of house the villa has a small garden with a parking space and a outside shower, WHEN YOU ARRIVE A WELCOME FOOD AND DRINK PACK WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU ,airport pick ups can be arranged or car hire can be arranged

things to do quad biking, jeep safari, horse riding, diving, fishing, sailing, plenty of water sports, boat trips, Turkish baths, you can visit ancient ruins of Ephesus and the Temple of Apollo, there is a ferry to the Greek island of Samos (well worth the trip) a trip to Izmir to do more shopping and see the sites is a good day out or go on a boat trip around the coast to several Beach's with a meal and drinks included is a cheep and good day out or just relax by the pool or on the beach
