The Villa
The villa is on a well established complex with palm trees lining the road, the complex has a large communal pool with additional children's pool and a shop. The villa has 3 double bedrooms all with twin beds and the living area has a sofa bed. The top floor bedroom has an en-suite shower and access to the sun terrace. The further 2 bedrooms have private balconies. On the ground floor is a patio/bbq area and garden/play/sun lounge area. This is a new villa and everything required to have a great holiday is provided. To ensure you have a great holiday you will be met by the property manager who will give you information on the area, provide access to booking discounted golf and provide an emergency 24 hour number.

Belek Kadriye Area
A true paradise for tourists on the shore of the Mediterranean in the midst of its own pine forest. Belek's natural beauty was discovered in 1984 and the region was proclaimed the "Belek Tourism Center". In later years, Belek became what it is today, a paradise on earth, thanks to cooperation between the Belek Tourism Investors Association and the Tourism Ministry. The Belek region on the Mediterranean coast is located 30 kilometers on the east side of Antalya province. Recently it was chosen by the Tourism Ministry to be a tourism model not just for today's tourist, but also for the tourists of the next thousand years. Belek!... What a tourism paradise!. Belek/Kadriye have fantastic local facilities, such as 6 golf courses, Water Parks, Zoo, beautiful sandy Beaches with Water Sports, Horse Riding, Mountain biking, quad biking. The Villa lies between Belek and Kadriye, these town are both market towns which provide good shopping, great restaurants and a lively evening. A car is not essential; there is a very good english speaking taxi service. However to get the most out of the area a Car is recommended for some if not all of the stay.

Antalya Region
ANTALYA The city of Antalya stretches along the bay bearing its name, and is built at 39 meters altitude on a rocky coastline. One is immediately struck by the Taurus mountains rising to 3086 meters above this coastline, interspersed with valleys of varying sizes. Land and sea everywhere meet with beaches stretching for miles or the steep cliffs. The Taurus mountains against the blue backdrop of the sky, the precipices and especially the caves close to the sea add another dimension to the beauty of the region. Historic Antalya There is the Hellenistic / Roman city of Perge, which is rated second after Ephesus and the great amphitheatre of Aspendos that still today can hold nearly 15,000 viewers. Nearby as well are the fantastic Manavgat Falls and the Roman city of Side with its large amphitheatre. Only a few miles to the west is Antalya with its surprising harbour and ancient city and where Turkish handicrafts that have begun to be recognized internationally can be bought.

There is patio furniture on the roof terrace and on the ground floor bbq terrace. Fire blankets and smoke alarms are fitted in the villa for your safety. There is a local shop on site. In addition to the 3 bedrooms the living area has a sofa bed to sleep upto 8, or to have 4 seperate sleeping areas. The communal pool is open from 1st June to 31st August. A baby cot is also available in the villa.
