Long Beach and surrounding area
Long Beach is a part residential area with many local bars and restaurants serving delicious local Turkish cuisine. Fresh food is available daily from the local shops and for the larger items there is a large supermarket a short Dolmus ride away. Kusadasi is a 10 minute journey on the Dolmus where the range of shops for clothing and jewellery are extensive. And for those who like to haggle, the Bazaar is open three times a week. Also in Kusadasi there is a marina offering daily boat trips. The resort also has other amenities that you would need including medical centres and local doctors along the stretch of 14 mile Long Beach. Long Beach has been awarded 14 Blue flags for its cleaniness and safety. There are a wide range of water sports for those who are energetic; banana boats, waterskiing, paragliding are all available. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are available locally. There are two water parks ideal for days out with the children.
