THE APARTMENT
A brand new fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom apartment in the Marina Diamond 1 building, situated in the popular Dubai Marina district off Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Marina is one of the most exquisite and sought after locations in the Middle East. LOUNGE / DINING AREA This property has a combined lounge and dining area that easily accomodates up to 6 people. There is a 37" LCD TV. DVD Player also for playing music CD's, Cable TV with 50+ channels, Wi-Fi wireless Internet, 2 large sofa beds, a 6 seater dining table and there is a balcony overlooking the marina. BEDROOMS Our bedrooms are simple and inviting. We only use hotel grade mattresses and pillows to ensure you get a good nights sleep. Bedroom 1 - Kingsize Bed sleeps 2 persons (ensuite) Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds sleeps 2 persons can be combined into a double bed. Lounge - 2 X Sofa Beds sleeps 2 persons A cot is also available on request. Bed Linen is provided and changed regularly by our own maid service. WORKSTATION A fully featured PC with 24/7 high speed internet connection, fax, scanning, printing facilities and also a webcam and headset for VOIP communication. KITCHEN There is a moderately sized fully equipped Kitchen at this apartment. Facilities include a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, 18 Ltr Nestle Pure Life Water cooler, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and dishes. BATHROOMS Bathroom 1 - Beside lounge Bathroom 2 - Bedroom 1 ensuite Towels, bathroom accessories and a hairdryer are provided. LAUNDRY A washing machine is available together with a steam iron and ironing board OUR WELCOME PACK We provide you with a starter pack of groceries so there's no need to rush to the local supermarket as soon as you arrive. If you have any special requests please let us know when you make your booking. One reserved car parking space Two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, sauna and steam rooms and a state-of-the-art gymnasium are on-site. Maid service three times a week is included and there is also on-site security.

THINGS TO DO IN DUBAI
There are numerous activities available around Dubai, from shopping in one of the world class malls to dune bashing on a desert safari, or simply relaxing on the beach to splashing around at the Wild Wadi Water Park, there's something here for everyone. Marina Diamond I is only a short walk away from the Dubai Media and Internet Cities and a few minutes drive from the commercial center of Dubai.
