Apartment Description
The apartment boasts a massive master bedroom with a King Size bed and en-suite facilities. The two other bedrooms (one double and one twin) share the master bathroom. A sofa bed in the lounge provides extra sleeping accomodation for two, if needed. The open plan living area is furnished with a stylish three-piece suite, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD, dining table and chairs, while the kitchen comes fully fitted with a family size fridge/ freezer, hob, washing machine, microwave and toaster, not that you'll eat much toast after you've tasted the bread from the local bakery just down the street. By the main entrance to the apartments, there is a good size swimming pool, with a separate children's section, for the use of residents only. All bedding and towels are provided

The Aegean Coast region
Altinkum is a lively resort with wide, shallow sandy beaches ('Altinkum' means golden sand), an abundance of restaurants and a busy nightclub scene. Its principal tourist attraction is the 'Temple of Apollo', which is within walking distance of the apartment. This Temple was built in the 4th. Century BC and linked directly to Ephesus by road, parts of which are still in use today. The temperature averages 20-30 degrees from April-September, although October-November is usually very pleasant

Altinkum / Didim area
Altinkum is on the unspoiled Southern Aegean coast and borders the Dilik penisula's national park. Ancient Ionia is all around you, with Ephesus just an hour away. From Altinkum, local operators offer excursions to Ephesus,Pamukkale and Bafa Lake and the national park, jeep safaris, horse safaris, diving, 'Five Islands' boat trips, ferry excursions to Bodrum and other attractions. There is also an Aqua Park approx. ten minutes drive away.
