Why we bought this property
We decided against being on the beach front because we wanted to have the privacy and space. The house is located in a very quiet, private road with private residences, the majority of which are occupied year round.

What's in the immediate locality?
The house is a stones throw from La Sella golf course where there is also tennis, horse riding, gym, supermarket, various restaurants, Pharmacy, tourist information (where you can book to go on various trips to the Benidorm Palace, Benidorm Beaches, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and other theme parks). You can even hire a car here or send your kids to learn spanish at the summer school.

How far away are the beaches and other attractions?
Denia beach and fishing town is 5 mins away by car where there is lots to do apart from the beach. You can do a variety of water sports here as well enjoy the cultural side by exploring Denia Castle and Museum. There is an open air theatre there too! Plenty of restaurants and night life. Javea's famous beach "The Arenal" is a 10-15 car journey away, visit Javea's old town and enjoy the more english night life and activities.
