3 bedrooms, A spiral staircase leads to the first-floor double bedroom which has a seating area, an en suite shower room and access to the garden via an external staircase. There are two more beautiful bedrooms in la grange, and a second summer kitchen. On the ground floor, the second double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and doors either side leading to the main house, garden and pool. Upstairs, there is an equally lovely twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The superb outdoor facilities include a large swimming pool, table tennis, jeu de boules and a barbeque. excellent furnishings and equipment throughout heated swimming pool (10m x 5m x 1.10m-1.80m) with integral steps and poolside lighting maid service provided twice a week

The locality and surroundings.
Jumilhac le Grand (10 km away from the property) is a village of some 1200 inhabitants in the northern part of the Dordogne. It is part of the Perigord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, a protected area with a rich heritage. The landscape is one of hills and valleys and is perfectly suited to walks, bike-rides, and horseback riding. Its distinguishing features are green pastures with Limousin cows alternated by woods, orchards, rivers and lakes. In the rivers and lakes one can fish for trout as well as pike, perch and other coarse species. Market days: Wednesday and Sunday The impressive 13th Century castle of Jumilhac is part of the Richard the Lionheart Route together with other neighbouring castles (Nexon, Coussac-Bonneval and Chalus). This historic route, which is well-signposted, is best done by car.
