Villa-Sanja is situated half way between Split and Makarska near Omis at the Adriatic coast! This area is especially attractive for holiday because of its beautiful natural beaches,crystal clear waters, . forests and the pleasant Mediterranean climate! Lokva Rogoznica offers plenty of shade in bays surrounded by pine trees! We offer you rooms (for 2 or 3 persons), their own refrigerator and parking place! Guests have access to a kitchen and outdoor barbeque! It is ideal for families with children because the house is surrounded with a huge garden of pine trees!

In 50m area near the house you can find sandy, pebbly and from little stones till middle round stones beaches, a small cafes (one on the beach) a market, post-office and restaurants! You don't have to cross the street to go to the Beach because there is one little tunnel under the road that leads You directly to beach(Beach is 50m from house) There are few beaches and they are all connected with small ways! The children can easy play in the garden! Night Life: Small cafés One on the Beach, One above the beach 100m away; disco and clubs in Omis and area of Makarska Riviera with lots of clubs and night happenings (Omis 8km, Brela 7km, Baska Voda 10 km, Makarska 24 km...) You can visit as one day trip: charming town of Omis, nearby Makarska, nature park Biokovo, go rafting on the river Cetina... We offer you double rooms (2 of them are with 3 beds) with your own fridge in one big shared kitchen with dishes, glasses, knives..... television and everything in it. In front of this kitchen are tables and chairs in shadow(see picture) where You can sit and eat or else... ....and also in front of the other side of the House are tables and chairs where You all could sit and socialize! On Our ground floor is that shared kitchen and outdoor shower and on first and second floor are rooms! The house is surrounded with a huge garden of pine trees with big fence all over! You could have your own balcony with table and 2 chairs(there are also 3 rooms without balcony)! Bathrooms are shared facility: 3 rooms/bathroom with toilet in it, and we also have three extra toilets (one on each floor -2 floors-and one next to the kitchen!)
