Timber Canyon
This 100-year-old timber-framed house with a holiday apartment on the ground floor (around 40 m2) is in the middle of the woods, situated near the town of Pechbrunn in the east of Bavaria in the "Oberpfälzer Wald". The holiday house is located in a special holiday area. For the kids there are an ?adventure forest? with a playground with a slide, sandbox, seesaw, hanging bridge and small animal pasture. In addition, there is a 3D track on a 15,000 m2 property where 30 full-scale animals (3D) give an enchanting ?Robin Hood?-like atmosphere to the forest. Timber Canyon also offers you the chance to go horseback riding, even bring your own horse and stall it here. Dogs have a large space available to them. In addition, Timber Canyon has an Indian village called "Tipi-Dorf" where you can also stay for an additional fee. Special evenings are organised which you can join in on the spot. Otherwise, in the immediate area you?ll find a skating rink, toboggan run, ?butterfly paradise?, rocklabyrinth, various swimming pools, a car museum, open-air theatre, and much more . . . Timber Canyon is situated in the heart of a Winter Sport area, ski, snowboard and langlaufen and various other possibilities. At a height of 700m snow is guaranteed.
