This pleasant holiday home is close to the Gulf of La Posada, less than 1000m from the sea, on Sardinia's east coast. The house has been split into 4 apartments of varying sizes, each with private entrance. This apartment: Apartment ?Uno?, on the first floor (110 m²) features a 30 m² balcony-veranda with views over the Gulf of Posada. Furnishings are colourful and practical. Some double beds can be split into two singles. Heating (needed on rare occasions) is by wood burning stove. Your apartment can be a little bit different to that on the photos: each apartment is different, yet the style is the same. The area where this home is located has not yet been overwhelmed by mass tourism. It is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor pursuit fans, (see the list below) as well as those wishing to discover the Sardinian coast without swathes of tourists. There are lots of amenities close at hand, (shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc). The surrounding area: around 800 meters away you will find the San Giovanni tower and beach. This intimate beach is a hit with tourists due to its good mix of sand and pebbles and nearby reef, as well as the spectacular tower set into the seafront landscape. The town of Posada: The tower, or ?Torre della Fava? as it is known, dates back to medieval times and is linked to the spread to Sardinia of Eleonora di Arborea?s kingdom. Tourists are able to visit the tower; moreover the town boasts a wealth of restaurants where you can try tasty dishes with a great view over the gulf that stretches out below the tower. San Giovanni Lake: Water Park and protected nature reserve. Exhilarating activities can be organised on site by the owner (on request at time of booking): - Hiking with a guided tour of the Tiscali Settlement or Su Gorroppu Canyon. - Archaeological and nature tours with jeep safari in the Supramonte and Gennargentu area. - Hiking excursion to the Codula di Luna or by canoe along the Cedar River. - Quad or Mountain bike tour. - Survival courses with tour and legally authorised guide.
