Casa Carolina is a beautiful and comfortable cottage in the middle of the pine tree wood in a very quite, peaceful area near Colares (famous for its excellent wine). The property has 4000 m2 of a great care grass and a private swimming pool. The place is very suitable for people who wish to combine calm and relaxation with romantic and cultural visits. Nearness several white sand beaches like Praia Grande (where the world championship of surfing is held) and Praia das Maçãs (with plenty restaurants with excellent food, cafés, bars, discotheques as well as shops selling local crafts and a swimming-pool with sea water). A tramline connects Praia das Maçãs, Banzão (near Colares) and Sintra. Other two wonderful beaches are Praia da Adraga, considered in 2003 one of the most beautiful beachs in Europe.
