Turgutreis
Turgutreis is the second largest resort on the Bodrum Peninsula. It has managed to retain it's Turkish charm and community feeling. The addition of the new 5* marina is making the resort much more exclusive. There are cosmopolitan restaurants, open air cinema, bars, tennis courts, gymansiums, shops galore (including Emporio Armani). A holiday in this resort can be as relaxing or hectic as you want it to be. The larger resort of Bodrum is only 19km away with local buses running every 15 minutes in the summer season. Turgutreis has some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world. It is mostly flat which means that you don't need a car. The town centre is 150 metres from the property and has something for everyone.

The Property
This is a brand new 4 bedroom luxury villa. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a Jacuzzi and an additional WC downstairs. The kitchen is separate to the lounge and has a dining area. There are is additional dining space on the ground floor terrace with a second dining room table and chairs, access to this is from the living room. The terrace looks onto the shared pool set between the five properties. The livingroom has an open fire, three sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. The Locality of the Villa
The villa is situated 150 metres from the town centre. You can walk to the town centre along the road passing mandarin groves on the way or along the beach. It is far enough from the town centre for the location to be peaceful but close enough to walk home. The complex of five like villas are situated opposite the Ayvan Hotel.
