La Finca Golf
La Finca is an exclusive development of flats and houses, located in the beautiful surroundings of the Segura Valley mountain range. The commercial centre (units to open from June 2006) which will contain restaurants, shops and banks, is located just a few yards from the apartment. The garden centre, just five minutes walk away, offers a selection of gifts, as well as freshly picked oranges and lemons most of the year round! The club house located at the bottom of the fairway has beautiful golf course views and can offer drinks, tapas and a full menu. A large supermarket is within a 10 minute drive. The La Finca Golf course was designed by Pepe Gancedo and aims to host open championships. It is reported to be one of the best in the area and the following reviews confirm this: http://www.3dgolf.com/golf.asp?x=345&r=646 Green Fees are around €72, but discounts are sometimes offered via golfing websites. Within the local area, there are many other golf courses to try such as Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamor. La Manga and the town of Murcia are not more than an hour away.

Other local attractions
Driving from Algorfa in any direction will take you past a beautiful mountainous backdrop and through endless lemon and orange groves. The vibrant coastal town of Torrevieja is within 20 minutes drive and offers beaches, restaurants and shops. The blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only a 10 minute drive away and there are many more beautiful beaches within the local area. The historical Spanish towns of Orihuela and Elche are within half an hours drive away and there you can find churches, parks and local squares. Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are also worth exploring, although a little further away. There are also several smaller towns close to La Finca, many of which hold a market – the largest of which is the Saturday market at Almoradi.

Notes to the rental rates
The house is cleaned ready for your arrival. A pack of basic groceries can be arranged as per your request. Rental rates include bed linen and towels (not beach towels), electricity and satellite, but a cleaning fee of €50 is to be left in the apartment on departure. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required per week to reserve the apartment. The outstanding balance needs to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. An additional £100 loss/damage deposit is required at the same time and will be refunded in full subject to no loss or damage to the property.

The La Finca Golf apartment is equipped to a high standard to ensure your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The large top floor solarium looks out on to the grand entrance to La Finca, and in the distance one can see the sea, just beyond the medieval castle which stands on a hilltop. The solarium is equipped with oustide chairs and table, as is the balcony leading from the living room. There are also 2 sunbeds available. The apartment contains sleeps 4-6 (1 twin bedroom, 1 double and 1 sofabed). There are two bathrooms with power showers. You will find all necessary modcons to make your stay comfortable (Satellite TV, DVD player, aircon, heating, dishwasher etc.) There is secure parking, and on site security. A communal pool is accessible at the end of the road.
