There are three bedrooms with 1 double, 2 single beds, a bathroom ( shower and wc ) at first floor. There is a Solar system on the roof to provide the hot water required. There are also two double sofabeds in the large living room at the entrance, with it's own toilet. This means the villa can comfortably sleep 6. The kitchen is nearby the living room. You can find all utensils for cooking and a mobil BBQ, besides there are a satellite TV and Divx/Dvd player as well. You will find various dvd films and tv series too. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, apart from this cleaning service can be arranged.You will have all bed linen (Second set will be supplied for the second week) and towels provided before you enter the villa ( No beach towels). There is a large balcony where you may have your breakfasts, and dinners while watching peaceful garden with its fruit trees. If you have a car there is a private park inside garden. Villa is situated in the Bankacilar Sitesi. The site has beautiful stunning view restaurant ,play area for children , mini Golf, billiard, table tenis, 1.500 meter long beach . Also there are markets, barber, internet cafe,doctor.

The site's restaurant serves excellent food have a meal early evening as the sun is setting. Live music is performing every evening at the cafe. The site is safe and very convenient for families. Also there is a big community market at the entrance of the site.We're sure you will be spending nice and unforgettable summer time.
