Dalaman town itself offers a huge weekly market, sandy beaches, fishing, white water rafting and a great shopping experience! Not to mention the mud baths and variety of restaurants. Sarigerme, Dalyan and Ortaca are all within easy reach (10 - 20 minutes), Fethiye is just 30 minutes and Olu Deniz just 45 minutes drive - all are well established holiday resorts offering everything a holiday maker could ask for including beaches, mud baths, water sports, diving, boat trips and more restaurants and shops than you could possibly need!
