With its feeling of being in the country side the villa is only 2 minutes by car to the popular town of Luz Da Tavira and only 10 minutes to the renowned beautiful seaside town of Tavira. With so much to do and such great restaurants so close by, the villas location is perfect for a family or a golfing getaway

Coast/Beach
The coast is only a 5 min walk down the road. However during summer you can get a boat across to a beautiful sandy beach only mins away. Alternatively you can drive about 7 mins by car to Pedras d'el Rei where you can access a 7km sandy beach called Praia do Barril, from the villa this is probably the best beach to go to, as you can either take mini-train (if you have kids, they will love it!) or you can walk beside the train track (15 min walk).

Golf Casa Do Sitio Do Pinherio is a fantastic launching pad to all the golf courses in the area. 2 courses are within 12 of the villa while a third course is 20 mins away. Benamor Golf Quinta Da Ria, Castro Marim. Special interest holidays The villa is situated right in the Ria Formosa it is renowned as one of the best areas for bird watching in Europe. All types of rare birds migrate or stop over here all year round which makes it a fantastic place to have a holiday as well as a hobby. Travel The villa is very well located only 20 mins drive from Faro airport. It is essential that you rent a car. Even though you are very near everything it is much better to have a car to see everything. Distances Luz Da Tavira a quite little market village where you can get all essentials in a daily market is only 2 mins by car. Tavira town which has restaurants and shops and everything else is only 10 mins by car. Santa Luzia is a beautiful little village by the sea with some of the best restaurants that are extremely well priced is only about 8 mins by car.
