Brand New Beatiful Villa
Situated in the Villamartin area of the Orihuela Costa at the south end of the Costa Blanca, Villacosta III is only 10 minutes from some of the beautiful white sandy beaches that give the region its name. Most are of European Blue Flag standard for cleanliness. The villa is also in the heart of golfing country. It is less than 5 minutes from the courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas & Villamartin and is in easy reach of world reknowned courses such as La Manga The villa has three bedrooms - one double and two twin. The double and one of the twin rooms are upstairs. Each has its own balcony and share a bathroom. The other twin room is downstairs and has a shower room The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and juicer as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. It has airconditioning (cold and hot) and satellite TV. Outside there is a terrace area by the front door and a private garden. An outdoor table, chairs,parasol and barbecueare provided. Towels (not beach) and linen are provided too.

Location
The villa is in easy reach of some beautiful sandy beaches. Spanish beaches are the most environmentally healthy in Europe, according to the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) which has bestowed the much-coveted Blue Flag on 450 of the country's beaches. Spain came out top of all of Europe and leading the way within Spain itself was the Costa Blanca, which received 48 Blue Flag awards. The Orihuela Costa is 16 kilometres long and covers the beaches of Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca Beach and Mil Palmeras. Further afield, to the north you will find the beaches of Guardamar, La Mata and Cabo Cervera. South into Murcia are beaches at San Pedro, San Javier and the Mar Menor. Villacosta III is an ideal base for golfers. As you pass the entrance to Campo de Golf Las Ramblas de Orihuela and Real Club de Golf Campoamor on your way from the airport, you will be only 3 minutes from the villa. Almost as close is Campo de Golf Villamartin. 15 minutes away is La Finca which claims to be the best course on the Costa Blanca. Within very easy reach using the motorway towards Cartagena is the famous La Manga course. And there are many others in the area.

Getting There
The villa is easily reached from either Murcia Airport (approximately 20 minutes) or Alicante Airport (about 40 minutes). British Airways fly to both airports (Murcia in summer season only) but there is a huge choice of other airlines: From Gatwick: easyJet From Stansted: Ryanair, Air Berlin, easyJet From Luton: Ryanair, easyJet Most other UK regional airports have flights too, using easyJet, Ryanair, Flybe, Jet2.com, flyglobespan, Monarch and MyTravelLite Getting to the villa from the airport is very easy. We will give you full directions after you have booked. In order to enjoy the area fully, a car is necessary. We recommend using www.carjet.com as a reliable, cost effective service but there are many other companies available. If you don't want to drive from the airport, we are able to arrange airport transfers from the airport to the villa. You can then arrange to have a car delivered to you. When you arrive at the villa, you will be met by someone with the key who will show you what you need to know. We can even arrange for you to be picked up from the airport if you would prefer. We can also arrange for a food pack to be in the house for you. (Airport pickups and food packs payable locally). We will rent out the property by the week but if you are only looking for a long weekend, that may be possible too. Just contact us!
