The quiet fishing village of Villaricos
The Apartment is in the centre of this peaceful village, close to local amenities and two small supermarkets. The sea front promenade is 100 metres from the front door. There are a number of local bars and restaurants. For livelier nightlife, Garrucha (9km), Mojacar Playa (14km) and Vera (5km) are a short drive away. Many of Almeria's beaches have been awarded EC “blue flags� for cleanliness. Villaricos has two marinas and two main beaches; the best of which is just a few minutes walk at the southern edge of the village.

The Apartment is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The lounge area has ceiling fans, colour TV, video and CD music system. There is an outside covered terrace, leading through a gate onto the pool area and sun terrace. There are additional sun terraces around the roof area with sea views. There are two bathrooms (one en-suite shower, one bath with shower) and two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with ceiling fans.
