Apartment Description

The apartment has 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom and can sleep 4 as there is a comfortable sofa-bed facility in the lounge. This apartment is ideal for families, couples and business people alike. It is a well-presented suiting all tastes and is fully equipped to make your stay here a care-free one! We have provided an iron and ironing board so you don't have to worry about bringing your travel iron, clothes hangers to keep them crease free, towels and bed linen for both the bed and the sofa-bed. All cutlery and crockery provided in case you fancy dining in, instead of eating out. The kitchen is fully-fitted with fridge / freezer, oven / hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine in a small cupboard next to the bathroom, so you even have minimum noise while doing your washing. The bathroom is not en-suite to the bedroom, allowing guests to use the bathroom without dusruption to others. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and a drawer unit for extra storage. The sofa-bed facility in the lounge is a double bed folding out from the 3-seater sofa. All the furnitures in the lounge has been carefully placed so you will not have to move heavy sofas around every morning and night. In fact, the only item you have to move is the coffee table, which is on wheels. There is a large private balcony which has direct views over the marina and pool area.
