The apartment is located in a quite area, which comprises of villas, townhouses and 2 story apartments. The urbanization has many green areas and a nice communal pool, which is just a few hundred meters from the apartment. There is a beautiful Promenade which stretches for several kilometres along the beach front to the lively town of Torre Del Mar to the East which has many bars and restaurants (about a 15 minute walk) and to the town of Algarrobo Costa and Mezquitila to the West. It is the longest promenade in Spain and is perfect for taking a leisurely stroll, brisk walk, jog, run or bike ride. There is a popular Shopping centre with many shops and a food court as well as the cinema multiplex, bowling alley and water park (only open in the summer).The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world with miles of beautiful sandy beaches and fantastic weather. The coast boasts one of the highest concentrations of world-class golf courses, to the extent that it is often dubbed "The Costa del Golf". For families there are theme parks, including water parks, go-karting, safari parks and many beautiful public gardens. The Eastern side of the Costa Del Sol is much quieter and less crowded than the more popular Western side. There is still a strong Spanish presence (not many “Brits Abroad” here) and it hosts many traditional Fiestas and Ferias and has many restaurants and cafes serving the finest quality seafood and other traditional Spanish dishes.The area's history dates back to the Phoenicians and has since been inhabited by Greeks, Romans and Moors, all of whom have left their mark on the areas architecture and culture. The Costa and the Malaga province are home to some of the finest Flamenco shows, bull fighting & tapas restaurants.

The apartment has a large southwest facing terrace area, which is ideal for children, and eating or sunbathing. You walk up some steps to a second terrace area, which also has a sun blind which can be used for shade.On entering the property you walk into the open plan dinning room, which has a decent side dining table with 4 chairs. The living room has a fireplace with a 3-seater sofa and 2 single seater chairs – there is also a TV/Video. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, pots, pans, toaster and cutlery. The bathroom is of a good size and has a bath/shower, sink and bidet. The first bedroom has a wardrobe with 2 single beds. There is also a door to the small courtyard, which can be used for drying clothes etc. The second bedroom also has a wardrobe and 2 single beds.

Summary
Overall the apartment is ideal for a family of four or two couples to spend their holiday. There is plenty to do in the area and the beaches and food are excellent.
