Overview
This traditional four bedroom house to rent Algarrobo Costa del Sol with accommodation spread over four floors is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Algarrobo pueblo. Would suit either a family or group of friends looking for an authentic Spanish holiday, where daily life still includes a fishwife selling fresh sardines every Friday, just outside the house and a mountain goat herd crossing through the village, after grazing on the foothills of Sierra Tejeda in nearby Sayalonga. The shops, bars, and restaurants of the charming whitewashed hill village are on your doorstep and the municipal swimming pool (open during the summer months) is just a 5 minute walk away. The nearest beach at Algarrobo Costa is a 7 minute drive as is the nearby Baviera Golf course.

Accommodation
Ground Floor Lounge: Compact seating area furnished with a sofa and bench seat, side tables, t.v. (Spanish channels) and a DVD player. There is also an under stairs cloakroom with w.c., bidet and washbasin. Radiator for winter. Kitchen: A modern kitchen with granite worktops includes ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cold box, toaster, kettle & crockery and cutlery plus a table and four chairs. Bedroom 4: Small room furnished with single folding bed nightstand with lamp and a single wardrobe . First Floor Bedroom 2: Open-plan room furnished with single bed nightstand and double fitted wardrobe with doors to small balcony. Bedroom 3: Separate smaller room off bedroom 2 and furnished with raised single bunk bed unit with space below for single air-bed (provided), drawers and nightstand. Fan provided. Second Floor Bedroom 1: Spacious open-plan double bedroom with double bed, single wardrobe, cupboard and drawers and 2 nightstands. Doors leading to small balcony. A portable CD/radio player, iron & ironing board and a fan are provided. Stairs leading directly to: Third Floor Utility Area: With washing machine and sink leading to Bathroom: Suite comprising bath/shower, wash basin and w.c. Sunny Roof Terrace: Good size terrace area with lovely views over the village with patio table and 4 chairs plus two sun loungers.

Special Note
As with many village house locations it is not possible to park adjacent to the property. However there is plenty of parking available within a couple of minutes walk. Please also note that due to the open-plan layout of this property gaining access to the first and second floors requires walking through bedrooms 1 & 2 as there are no landings/hallways.
