Tobin's Cottage is located in the historic seaside area of Old Parish in West Waterford, on the sunny south-east coast of Ireland - The Irish Riviera. Situated just a short walk or drive to beautiful local beaches and near to the resorts of Dungarvan, Ardmore, Youghal and Tramore, this lovely cottage is ideally placed for families or a group of friends and for beach holidays, golf, fishing and walking.

Set in the lovely rolling hills between Youghal and Dungarvan, yet close to the beaches and facilities, Tobins Cottage is the 200 year old farm cottage of the Tobin Family. Lovingly renovated to include all home comforts, Tobin's cottage is very comfortable home and is a great base from which to see the whole area. With 3 bedrooms the cottage can accommodate 6 + a baby. Inside the single storey cottage There are 2 double bedrooms both ensuite, and an bunk bedroom with ensuite too. There is also a large main room that has a kitchen/diner and lounge with open fire, TV and games. The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer and even includes dishwasher, washing machine and dryer! The farm has been recently converted, is fully central heated and stands on its own land. From the driveway you approach a huge private and enclosed whitewashed yard (it's the old farm yard - now cleared and clean making a large private parking and playing area). On the other side of the cottage is a large lawned garden. All around a rolling fields and peace and quiet. The lane that leads by the cottage passes through the hamlet of Hacketstown on its way to beautiful village of Ardmore - you can usually make the journey without passing another car. There's a private footpath next to the cottage that leads down to a small cove; it's reputed to be a good fishing spot and was almost ceratinly a smugglers cove in days gone by. The many other beaches of The Irish Riviera are also close by.

Things to do
Tobins cottage is set in quiet country lane, but just 15 minues by car from the lively resort towns of Youghal and Dungarvan, and 5 minutes to shops of An Ring. All kinds of entertainments are at hand, too many to list them all here.
